The Hellacious Helmet Holder (HHH) isn’t just a place to hang your gear — it’s a statement piece that blends industrial hardware, precision-cut hardwood, and a little bit of attitude.

Designed and handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest, the HHH is built to organize, display, and elevate the gear you actually use — while looking damn good doing it.

Whether it’s holding a helmet, a favorite hat, headphones, or simply existing as a sculptural object on your wall or desk, the HHH brings purpose and presence to any space.

Built to Adapt

The HHH is intentionally modular and can be mounted in multiple configurations depending on how (and where) you want to use it.

Mount it to a wall or a horizontal surface by including or excluding the 90° elbow, and use it as:

• A display for sports memorabilia, hats, or helmets
• A gear organizer for protective equipment, gloves, or accessories using the integrated hook
• A desk-mounted stand for bike or motorcycle helmets, or headphones for work or gaming
• In an entryway or mudroom for jackets, scarves, or everyday hats
• Or simply as a stand-alone piece of functional art

An optional wooden hanger accessory is available as an add-on for expanded storage and display. (coming soon)

Why It Exists

The Hellacious Helmet Holder was born out of a very real problem.

Our family spends a lot of time outdoors — skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, lacrosse, baseball… which also means we spend a lot of time surrounded by helmets, hats, and gear that never quite had a proper place to live.

We didn’t want to pack it all away in bins or closets where it was out of sight and out of reach. We wanted something accessible, functional, and durable — something that made it easy to grab gear on the way out the door and just as easy to put it back when we got home.

And honestly… we wanted it to look cool even when it wasn’t holding anything.

So we built it.

The result is a piece that organizes real gear for real use, while standing on its own as a sculptural object when it’s not in action. Designed to be used daily — not hidden and not forgotten.

The Skull

Each skull is made from precision laser-cut Ash plywood, chosen deliberately for its light, bone-like tone and subtle grain.

Every skull is hand-sanded, assembled, and finished with multiple coats of clear, satin polyurethane, providing a durable, protective finish while preserving the natural color and layered contours of the wood.

The result is a surface that’s tough enough for daily use, easy to maintain, and refined enough to live comfortably somewhere between industrial hardware and sculptural art.

Thoughtful Assembly

To make installation easier and more precise, the pipe flange is pre-installed on the base of the skull. This allows you to mount the hardware securely to the wall or surface first, then slide the skull into place and lock it in.
