Refund policy

At Beezlee Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because many of our items are handmade, custom-built, or personalized, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lee@beezleecreations.com.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item following the steps above and place a new order.
